Training Programs Offered

R+R Fitness presents:

The R+R Fitness training programs are designed for full and half marathon participants of all experience levels and paces—including walkers. Our experienced coaches are here to instruct you and motivate you to reach your fitness goals.

Training programs run year-round and include:

·        Long runs on Saturday mornings—usually from Gold’s Gym–Rogers Ranch (1604 & Bitters Rd / Rogers Ranch.). We occasionally meet elsewhere to provide variety on the routes.

·        Mid-week coached workouts, Tuesday & Thursday evenings.

·        The most RRCA certified running coaches in San Antonio.

·        A daily training schedule is accessible on-line.

·        Participants receive discounts to select local running / multi-sport stores.

·        Program sponsors to assist you with medical, nutritional information, and massage therapy services.

·        Friendly, social atmosphere.

Winter Marathon Training:

Starts 12/20/14; Ends 05/16/15

Cost: $125 returning members; $155 new members ($10 discount for active duty / retired military, police, firefighters)

Participants will receive a technical t-shirt.

This program prepares participants for numerous races throughout the winter / early spring (e.g., Houston, Austin, 3M, Boston, etc.)

iRockSATM:

Starts 06/06/15; Ends 12/06/15

Cost: $130 returning members; $160 new members ($10 discount for active duty / retired military, police, firefighters)

Participants will receive a technical t-shirt.

This program targets the San Antonio Rock ‘n’ Roll Marathon / Half Marathon; however, a training schedule is offered for participants targeting other races.
